Red Berry Juice



  • High in vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), in particular, is found in every primary ingredient. That’s great for your immune system!

Red Berry Juice :Ingredients


Include:

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1 medium beet, chopped

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, stems removed

  • 1/2 cup water


Directions:


  1. Add all ingredients to your blender jar. If you are using a personal sized blender jar that is inverted on the base add ingredients in the order listed above. Otherwise, reverse the order.

  2. Turn blender on low variable speed and slowly increase to variable speed 10.

  3. Blend for .45 seconds and serve.
